Delivery

All of our Australian orders are delivered through Australia Post. Postage rates appear at checkout before you make payment on line. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order. Please feel free to e-mail or call to inquire about insuring your order delivery at hello@soulkeeperurns.com.au. Please note that if you do not insure your goods the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. 

International orders

Please feel free to e-mail or call to inquire at hello@soulkeeperurns.com.au We will e-mail you with the cost of shipping for approval. You may choose to insure your goods for an extra cost. We will notify with the cost of insurance for approval. Please note that if you do not insure your goods the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post.
